It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 25th March 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

80.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a)      WF.24/0139/HOU - Demolition of garage and replacement with outbuilding at 9 Pinedene, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9NG.

Deferred.

b)     WF.24/0159/HOU - Construction of a first floor rear extension at 2 Wilden Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9LR

Deferred.

c)      WF.24/0168/FUL - Change of use from Class E to Restaurant and hot food takeaway (Class E/Sui Generis) at 7 Bridge Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8UX.

g)      WF.24/0230/HOU - External insulation and render to existing house at 19 Bowpatch Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0ND.

It was agreed that the Chairman would respond to the consultation on behalf of the Planning Committee.
