There were no apologies for absence.

24.       MINUTES

 It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 3rd August 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

25.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST       

Councillor Little declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 – WF.21/0597/FUL, Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8YL as he had a close connection with the land owner.

26.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a)      WF.21/0741/HOU - Proposed two-storey side and rear extension and single storey front extension at 1 Almond Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8UA.

Recommend Approval.

 

b)     WF.21/0746/TPO - (T1) Sycamore - Reduce 3 lateral branches over garage roof by 1 metre at 32 Heightington Place, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0BE.

Recommend Approval.

 

c)      WF.21/0752/HOU - Proposed Front porch at 23 Heightington Place, Stourport-on-Severn Worcestershire DY13 0BE.

Recommend Approval.

 

d)     WF.21/0757/PIP - Permission in Principle for one detached dwellinghouse at 22 Redstone Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0JB.

e)      WF.21/0769/PNH -*INFORMATION ONLY * Single Storey Rear Extension at 19 Worcester Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8EH.

f)       WF.21/0781/HOU - Construction of outbuilding for ancillary purposes by dependent relatives in association with the main dwelling house at 67 Worth Crescent, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8RR.

Recommend Approval.

g)      WF.21/0785/HOU - Extension of dropped kerb at 28 Dunley Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AX.

Recommend Approval.

h)     WF.21/0786/HOU - Erection of part first floor, part two-storey side extension at 15 Steatite Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PQ.

Deferred.

 

i)       WF.21/0787/HOU - Erection of conservatory to rear at 86 Lickhill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8SD.

Recommend Approval.

 

j)       WF.21/0799/HOU - Erection of an oak framed outbuilding to contain a Gymnasium, Sauna, Changing rooms/WC, Home Bar and Golf simulator.  Erection of an oak framed open sided circular gazebo/canopy at Cedar Tree Cottage, Cedar Close, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AU.

Deferred.

k)     WF.21/0803/FUL - Changes to fascard of No 43 and residential development of site comprising of 2 new dwellings at 43 Lickhill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8SL.

Recommend Approval.

 

l)       WF.21/0811/PNH - Single Storey Rear Extension at 95 Windermere Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8JY.

Recommend Approval.

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
