  1. To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on Tuesday 5th October 2021.

  3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.

  4. Public Question Time.
    Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee. Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject. There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time.

  7. To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 2 November 2021 and approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable.

  9. To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Localism Working Party.

  10. To seek approval of the setting up of a Working Group for Stourport Community Centre (1 Representative from each political party, plus 3 Trustees from the Civic Group).

  11. Heritage Harbour Proposal

    To consider a proposal on Stourport-on-Severn becoming an inland port.

  12. To receive an update from Councillor B Dawes on Safer Neighbourhood Watch.

  13. To receive an update from Councillors N Martin and J Thomas (Cabinet Members of Wyre Forest District Council) and Councillors P Harrison and C Rogers (Stourport County Council Councillors).

  15. Exclusion of the Press and Public
    To consider passing the following resolution: “That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of “exempt information” as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act”.

  16. To receive information from the Town Clerk on proposed Traffic Regulation Orders – Locations in Stourport-on-Severn.
