1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the 5th September 2023. (Appendix 1)
3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.
4. Public Question Time
Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee. Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject. There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time.
5. To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit (a separate list of the Mayor’s engagements since the Council’s Meeting on the 5th September 2023 is appended). (Appendix 2)
6. Motions Submitted under Standing Orders – No motions have been received in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of our Standing Orders.
7. To receive a verbal presentation from Hannah Escott on the new Burlish Bike Park, Stourport-on-Severn.
8. To receive the Parks Committee minutes of 25th September 2023 and to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 3)
9. To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 26th September 2023 and to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 4)
10. To receive updates from Councillor Representatives on Outside Bodies.
11. To receive an update from Councillor B Dawes on Safer Neighbourhood Watch.
12. To receive an update from Councillors P Harrison and C Rogers (Stourport Worcestershire County Council Councillors).
13. To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk to consider a Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places in Wyre Forest.

16. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider passing the following resolution:
"That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of "exempt information" as defined in paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
17. To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk and Chairman of the Finance Committee on 8A Bridge Street, Stourport-on-Severn.
