54. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council heldon 16th December 2025 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
55. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillors Thomas and Lloyd both declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.26/0016/TCA) as the applicant was known to them. Councillors Thomas and Lloyd resolved to discuss the relevant planning application with an open mind.
Councillor Berry declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.25/0615/PIP). Councillor Berry advised that the application had received an objection from a person with whom he was acquainted with. Councillor Berry resolved to discuss the relevant planning application with an open mind.

57. ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Noted.
58. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
The Town Clerk noted that decision notices for past planning applications had not been received in recent months. The Town Clerk resolved to discuss this with the Wyre Forest District Council Planning Team.
The Town Clerk also informed Members that she had been trying to obtain an up-to-date report regarding Section 106 money and resolved to report back to Members of the Planning Committee.
Furthermore, the Town Clerk had requested an update be provided with regard to the Old Bake House, Raven Street, Stourport-on-Severn. The Regeneration Manager at Wyre Forest District Council had been asked to provide the Town Clerk with an update. The Town Clerk would report back once the update was provided.
