60. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

61. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 27th January 2026 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
62. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Berry declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.25/0615/PIP). Councillor Berry advised that the application had received an objection from a person with whom he was acquainted with. Councillor Berry resolved to abstain from the decision making process regarding this application.
Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.26/0072/TCA). Councillor Lloyd advised that he was acquainted with the owner of the Walshes Farm Caravan Park. Councillor Lloyd resolved to discuss the relevant planning application with an open mind.
Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.26/0015/FUL). Councillor Schmeising-Barnes advised that she partly owned a property on the same road. Councillor Schmeising-Barnes resolved to discuss the relevant planning application with an open mind.
