    Apologies for absence were received from Councillor D Morris. Councillor H Williams was appointed as a substitute for Councillor Morris.

    It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 25th August 2026 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
