Minutes of a meeting of the planning committee of Stourport-on-Severn Town Council held in the Mayor’s parlour, at the Civic Centre, Stourport-on-Severn held at 11am on Tuesday 28th January 2025

  2. MINUTES

    It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 17th December 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.24/0521/FUL) as he was a Trustee of Burlish Bike Park, Kingsway, Stourport-on-Severn.

  4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

    Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

    Councillor Lloyd left the meeting at 11.01am.
    1. 24/0521/FUL - Change of use of Bike Park to a mixed use comprising a Bike Park (open to public) and Forest School (for children aged 0-7 years), including erection of fencing and installation of play equipment (Retrospective) at Burlish Bike Park, Kingsway, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8NJ.

      Recommend Approval.

  6. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS

    Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
