It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 25th February 2025 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

  1. 25/0007/PNH **INFORMATION ONLY** - Construction of a single storey rear extension at 13 Pembroke Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8RY.

    Noted.
  2. 25/0131/HOU - Rear Single storey extension, conversion of existing garage for ancillary accommodation and extension to existing outbuilding at 21 Bigbury Lane, Wilden, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9JU.

    Recommend Approval.
