16. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors R Lloyd and I Schmeising-Barnes. Councillor J Thomas was appointed as a substitute for Councillor R Lloyd.

17. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 2nd July 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

18. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

19. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a) WF.24/0223/HOU ** REVISED ** - Single storey rear extension, two storey side extensions, existing dormer extension and internal remodelling at 75 Stagborough Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 8TX.

Noted.

b) WF.24/0224/RES ** REVISED ** - Reserved matters application for the erection of 145 dwellings and associated open space, landscaping, drainage and, infrastructure, pursuant to outline consents M/22/00573/OUT (Malvern Hills District Council) and 22/00315/OUT (Wyre Forest District Council) at Land adjacent, 101 Areley Common Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

20. ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

21. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.

22. SCOPING PAPER FOR DEVELOPMENT BRIEF

Members discussed the scoping paper for the development brief for the site adjacent to the new Windermere Grange, Stourport-on-Severn. The Chairman asked Members to complete the consultation.

23. PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER AT LICKHILL ROAD AND PRIVATE ACCESS ROAD, STOURPORT ON SEVERN

Members discussed the proposed Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time Order for Lickhill Road and the Private Access Road, Stourport-on-Severn. It was agreed to support the proposals and the Town Clerk would forward the response to the relevant officer at Worcestershire County Council.
