T Schmeising-Barnes was appointed as a substitute.
- MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 24th September 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 – Planning Applications, 3(d) as a member of his family was the applicant.
- PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-
- 24/0591/FUL - Erection of single storey rear extension, creation of mezzanine floor and second floor extension and new outdoor seating area, following demolition of single storey front lean-to-extension, single storey concrete panelled storage building at rear and first floor gallery to facilitate the conversion of building into a health and wellbeing centre (Use Class E) at 1-3 Lombard Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 8DP

Members considered the consultation of the Draft Gilgal Conservation Area Character Appraisal and it was RESOLVED that Stourport Town Council contact Wyre Forest District Council to ask to work together to move forward the proposed plans.
