It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 26th November 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

- PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-
- 24/0792/LBC - Carry out all external joinery work, redecorate to match existing colour/signage scheme and replace broken/slipped roof tiles at The Wheatsheaf, 39 High Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8BS.
Recommend Approval.
