24. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 1st August 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
25. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
26. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-
a) WF.23/0559/HOU - Retrospective erection of single storey side extension at 4 Beverley Court, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8SB.
Recommend Approval.
b) WF.23/0570/HOU - First floor side and rear extension at 12 Francis Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PL.
Recommend Approval.
c) WF.23/0589/TPO - 2 x Common Lime - Reduce the crowns of both trees by 2.5 to 3 metres, depending on the most suitable growth point, to prevent large pruning wounds. Shape the remainder of the crowns be reducing branches by 1 to 2 metres maximum, to suitable growth points. Remove deadwood at Carleton House, Church Walk, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AL.
Recommend Approval.
d) WF.23/0590/FUL – Change of use of residential outbuilding to commercial dog grooming business at 62 Evergreen Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9GH.

e) WF.23/0606/DEM - Office building at River House Nelson Road, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9PN.
Recommend Approval.

f) WF.23/0401/FUL - Use of Former Shop/Warehouse as Four Holiday Lets (Use Class C3) including two car parking spaces adjacent to the Holiday Lets and two car parking spaces at 18 Lichfield Street, at Former Joynson's Warehouse, Mart Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9ER.
Deferred.
g) WF.23/0404/S73 - Amendment to Condition 2 to reflect Amended house types at Land At Os 381593 271633, Baldwin Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9AU.
