When applications are considered by committee, the Town Council has an opportunity to send a representative to speak on that application should it so wish.

The portable offices have remained operational on site in excess of 10 years in breach of this planning condition. Given the elapsed time period is in excess of 10 years the lawful presence of the buildings on site has been established.
