Reasons for Work: The tree is 20 metres in height and located in close proximity to three adjacent residential properties with the trunk 5.23m from No. 3 Beverley Court, 10.63 metres from No.4 Beverley Court and 11.23 metres from No.1 Moorhall Lane. The canopy of the tree to the North overhangs the garden and building of No.3 Beverley Court. The tree is under stress and has a history of branch failures causing damage to the roof of No.3 Beverley Court. The applicant wishes to remove the tree to remove the risk of future damage to No.3 Beverley Court and to the neighbouring properties in the event of windthrow.
