  1. Appointment of Chairman

Councillor R Lloyd was appointed as Chairman.

  1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

          There were no apologies for absence.

  1. MINUTES

          It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting held on 11th March 2024 be agreed.

  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Lloyd declared the following:

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(b) Rotary in the Wyre Forest as he was a volunteer.

Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared the following:

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(c) 16th Wyre Forest (St Michaels) Scout Group as he had a long standing association with the group.

Councillor Sutton declared the following:

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(a) We Are Men United CIC as he was a volunteer.

  1. GRANT APPLICATIONS

          A discussion took place on grant applications received.  The Committee approved the following grants:-

  1. We Are Men United CIC - £500
  2. Rotary in the Wyre Forest - £600
  3. 16th Wyre Forest (St Michaels) Scout Group - £500
  1. LETTER OF THANKS

A letter of thanks was received from The Church House Charitable Trust. Its contents were noted.
