7. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

          There were no apologies for absence.

  1. MINUTES

          It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18th March 2025 be agreed.

  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Lloyd declared the following:

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(d) Greener Stourport as he was an occasional volunteer for Greener Stourport.

Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared the following:

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(d) Greener Stourport, as he had an ongoing and close association with the group.

Ordinary Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 5(e) Monday Night Group, as he was a Trustee of the Civic Centre where the Monday Night Group have held regular events.

Councillor Sutton noted that whilst he had previously received multiple communications from Greener Stourport, he had attended the meeting with an open mind.

  1. GRANT APPLICATIONS RECEIVED

          Councillor Schmeising-Barnes left the meeting to at 10:02am.

          A discussion took place on the grant application received for Greener Stourport. Members declined to make a grant recommendation for the aforementioned applicant.

          Councillor Schmeising-Barnes returned to the meeting at 10:06am.

          A discussion took place regarding the grant application received from the Monday Night Group. Members approved the grant application and awarded £500.

The meeting closed at 10:10am.
