  1. To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on the 6th January 2025. (Appendix 1)

  3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.

  4. Risk Assessment Review. To assess risks within the services and operations conducted by the Council and to decide upon appropriate measures to avoid, reduce or control the risk of is consequences. (Appendix 2)

  5. Parks committee - To receive the recommendations  on Minute Number 10 of the Meeting of the Parks Committee help on the 20th January 2025. (Appendix 3)

  6. To consider the report of the Treasurer on the appended Budget for the Year ending 31st March 2026, including any expenditure service options and arising from consideration of the foregoing Agenda items and to the repost of the Treasurer, to recommend to the Meeting of the Council to be help on 4th February 2025 the level of the Council's: 
    1. Budgeted expenditure for the year 2025-26, including eh review of the Mayoralty Allowance, and 
    2. Precept on the District Council for the year 2025-26
