1. To appoint a Chairman for the current municipal year.

2. To receive apologies for absence.

3. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on the 25th March 2024. (Appendix 1)

4. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPis) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODis) in the following items on this Agenda.

5. To consider quotations received for the replacement of disabled toilet doors at the Riverside Toilets.

6. To consider the review of internal Audit.

7. Update on the Grant Agreement from Natural Networks.

8. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC To consider passing the following resolution:

"That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of "exempt information" as defined in paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.

9. To receive the HR Committee minutes of 9" September 2024 and approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable (Appendix 2) together with details of the financial costings..
