  1. To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the 3rd September 2024 (Appendix 1)

  3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.

  4. Public Question Time

    Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee.  Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject.  There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time.

  5. To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit (a separate list of the Mayor’s engagements since the Council’s Meeting on the 3rd September 2024 is appended).  (Appendix 2)

  6. Motions Submitted under Standing Orders – no motions have been received in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Standing Orders.  

  7. To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 24th September 2024 and approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 3)

  8. To receive the Finance Committee minutes of 16th September 2024 and approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 4)

  9. To consider whether to request that Wyre Forest District Council undertake a Community Governance Review following the new warding arrangements in the Boundary Commission’s final recommendations arising from its review of Worcestershire County Council.

  10. To receive updates from Councillor Representatives on Outside Bodies.

  11. To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Stourport Future Working Party.

  12. To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on the Riverside Paddling Pool.

  13. To receive an update from the Chairman of the Civic Hall Working Party.

  14. To receive an update from Councillor C Rogers on Safer Neighbourhood Watch.

  15. To receive updates from Councillor C Rogers (Cabinet Members of Wyre Forest District Council) and P Harrison and C Rogers (Stourport County Council Councillors).
