Stallholder applications for carnival 2026 now open!

Stallholders (excluding food vendors)

This year’s Carnival will feature a dedicated stallholder area located along the Riverside, Stourport-on-Severn. If you are interested in having a stall, please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions of Booking before applying.

All applications must be submitted using the official Stallholder Application Form

Applications deadline 19^th July 2026.

Please note that applications received after these dates may not be accepted. Submission of an application does not guarantee a stall. Successful applications will be notified shortly after the application closing date along with payment details.
