Stakeholders discuss Stourport Vision

In February 2026, Stourport-on-Severn Town Council published ‘Stourport-on-Severn: A Vision for the Future’. The Stourport Vision document sets out how the town could look and feel over the next decade.

Following the publication of the Stourport Vision, the town council invited a range of people from local businesses, community groups and partner organisations to attend a Stakeholder Session during March 2026.

The sessions gave those who attended an opportunity to reflect and share their thoughts on the newly published Stourport Vision. Take a look at the Stourport Vision.

It was wonderful to see such lively conversations at the meeting, from people who are passionate about Stourport as a place to live, work and visit.

Discussions also included the setting up of a Stourport Vision Steering Group. The aim of this group is to take the interventions contained within the Stourport Vision, and take these forward from ideas to action. People attending the sessions responded positively when asked to provide their support, and the first meeting of the Stourport Vision Steering Group will take place during May 2026.
