10. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 1st June 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

11. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Little declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 – WF.21/0597/FUL, Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8YL as he had a close connection with the land owner.

12. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a. WF.21/0030/FUL (Revised) Erection of 110 dwellings including 18 affordable units, together with associated infrastructure, access and public open space and demolition of caretaker's dwellinghouse and garage at Stourport High School and Sixth Form Centre And Playing Fields, Coniston Crescent, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8JU.

Refused.

b. WF.21/0402/HOU (Revised - 30th June 2021) Proposed Outbuilding at 131B Redstone Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0JN.

Recommend Approval.

c. WF.21/0473/HOU - Two Storey Side and Single Storey Rear Extensions at 4 Martley Road, Stourport On Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0NH.

Deferred.

d. WF.21/0542/HOU - Proposed attached single storey garage, conversion of existing garage to study/utility rooms and alterations to existing dwelling at 70 Buttermere Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8NU.

Recommend Approval

e. WF.21/0557/TPO - Remove the 5 Birch trees located centrally in the rear garden of 18 Conference Way and replace with three trees along boundary. Again, following advice from the Arboricultural Officer’s advice we intend to plant 3No Liquidambar Styraciflua 'Slender Silhouette' trees along the property boundary adjacent to Bewdley Road at 18 Conference Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8DN.

Recommend Approval.

f. WF.21/0560/HOU - Proposed single storey flat roof rear extension with ramp access at 98 Barnfield Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0HQ.

Recommend Approval.

g. WF.21/0597/FUL - Demolition of former Chichester Caravans buildings, development of 33 No. apartments across three new build blocks at Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8YL.

i. WF.21/0612/HH (Information Only) - Complaint about the impact of a hedge, growing within the garden of 63 Elan Avenue, on 4 Menteith Close at 63 Elan Avenue, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8LR.
